An exclusive compilation of true values and novelties. The Architecture of the old house which dates from 1920 in the city area Debar Maalo gives an extra charm to this multifunctional place. The Promo center has two exhibition rooms, studio, one conference room, two toilets, kitchen and two balconies which are suitable for organizing events such as: conferences, debates, seminars, lectures, promotions, receptions etc.

Space

The total area of this space is 120m2 and it possesses all necessary technical equipment for realization of all kinds of exhibitions. The intimacy of this space can be experienced in the 15m2 conference room. For the conferences behind the closed door, the hosts put on disposal modern technological equipment (wireless internet, computers, sound installation, LCD projector, projection screen etc. The open balcony is especially reserved for extra enjoyment , chill out and relaxation. The balcony has a view towards Vodno, City park and Debar Maalo.

News is the Studio for artists in residence. This Studio is used by the artists from abroad who are staying and working in this place. For those who want to experience the real values of the artistic life, the Studio will be open for visitors in those days when this space is not reserved. The Studio for artists in residence is equipped on the level of hotel room, including a small corner for library.

To let

The price for the whole place for three hours is 5.000 denars. The price includes all available equipment from the Promo center as well as fresh drinks for the guests.

Gallery

Or the main room of the Promo center with 45m2 offers excellent conditions for press-conferences. The price for renting this room for two hours, including the equipment from the Promo center and fresh drinks for the guests, is 3.000 denars. The price for renting the conference room is the same.

The Capacity

Of the Public room - Promo center for seminars, lectures, debates and conferences is limited to 25 persons. For promotions and receptions the capacity is limited to 120 persons.
