HIGHLIGHTS OF THE LOWLANDS

Highlights of the Lowlands 2 – Touring Dutch Cinema is Dutch film exchange project with SEE countries and is developed by Stichting Cultural Aid, Public Room, Eye Film Institute and Nederlands Fonds voor de Film. The second edition is putting the focus on the recent cinematic achievements from Netherlands: fictions, documentaries and shorts, which are based on the taste and interest of local and international audience. All films are translated to local language and also have English subtitles.
